Sets the frame identifier to trigger on a checksum error with method RsRtx.trigger.lin.chksError.set() .

Parameters:

trigger – optional repeated capability selector. Default value: Nr1 (settable in the interface ‘Trigger’)

Returns:

error_pattern: Numeric or string pattern, see ‘Bit pattern parameter’. Possible values depend on method RsRtx.trigger.lin.crcDataLen.set(). Defining don’t care bits ‘X’ in the ERRP bit string resets CRCDatalen to 0. When CRCDatalen is different than 0, then all the bits in ERRP must be 1 or 0, and X bits are set to 0.
