Sets the upper limit for the respective tap of the DFE filter. The trained/generated filter tap values are within these given limits.

Parameters:
  • lane – optional repeated capability selector. Default value: Nr1 (settable in the interface ‘Lane’)

  • laneEqTap – optional repeated capability selector. Default value: Nr1 (settable in the interface ‘Tap’)

Returns:

upper_limit: -1 to 1
